We are committed to delivering high standards in everything we do and ensuring we are a charity you can trust. Therefore, we are looking to achieve a quality mark that is externally assessed and awarded by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations known as ‘Trusted Charity’.

This quality award will demonstrate our commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement under a recognised framework of assurance. We are currently assessing ourselves against the quality standards and this is helping us to improve further what we already do as well as recognise our compliance to many of the standards. An external assessment will take place and we hope to achieve the award no later than April 2021.
